Marissa Bronfman is a freelance writer and regular contributor on The Huffington Post who has researched and written stories from New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Toronto, Whistler, Vancouver, Barbados and most recently, India. Writing primarily about style and entertainment, she also features articles on charitable organizations, luxury travel, business and the environment.

Born and raised in Toronto, Marissa has also spent time living in Vancouver, Montreal and New York City. She launched her career in media in New York City while working at NBC Universal, then moved to The Huffington Post.

After an incredible month-long research trip traveling through northern India in March 2010, Marissa decided to make India her home. She will be moving to Mumbai in early 2011 to continue writing from the most fascinating country in the world. Her first article for an Indian publication will be in Vogue India, coming soon.
